  • Can I shop from stores based outside the US?

    No, you cannot shop from online stores based outside the USA.

  • Does My Package Forwarder have any limits on the countries goods can be shipped to?

    My Package Forwarder allows shoppers from almost any country in the world to shop and get goods shipped to their address. There are, however, a few countries that have restrictions.

    At the moment, My Package Forwarder does not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea.


  • What payment methods can I use with My Package Forwarder?

    My Package Forwarder accepts the following modes of payment: Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Wire Transfer.

  • Do I have to pay for registration or membership with My Package Forwarder?

    No, we don’t charge for registration, membership, or request creation. You can generate a single request or multiple requests as you want.

  • What if I pay for an item for forwarding, but it's sold out or is no longer available?

    In such a case, My Package Forwarder will refund shipping and handling fees.

  • Is there a spending limit for customers?

    No, with My Package Forwarder, there is no spending limit for customers.

  • Are there any hidden charges?

    There are no hidden charges. My Package Forwarder is upfront regarding all our charges.


  • How much does shipping cost and what does this include?

    My Package Forwarder offers international shipping at affordable rates.

    Shipping costs vary across countries. The weight and dimensions of your final shipment also decide the final charges.

  • Do the shipping rates include customs and duties?

    No, My Package Forwarder’s shipping rates do not include customs fees, tariffs, or taxes. Customers may be liable for tax and import duty which differs across countries.

    Many countries have a duty-free policy for goods below a certain value that can be imported without duty and/or tax. You can contact your country’s Customs Department for more information on duties and import charges.

  • If my shipment is ready, when will it be shipped?

    If your shipment is ready, we request you to choose your carrier service and make the final payment. If you make the payment before noon EST, your shipment will be dispatched on the same day.

  • How long does it take for my shipment to be delivered?

    Delivery depends on the chosen carrier service and can range from 3 – 15 days. My Package Forwarder will provide shipping confirmation with your tracking number so you can track your order while it is on its way.

  • Can I cancel my shipment once it's ready to be shipped?

    Once prepared, your shipment can be cancelled; however, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

  • Can I save multiple shipping addresses with a single account? 

    Yes, you can have multiple shipping addresses with a single account. All you need to do is login and add a new shipping address.  

  • Why is it important to mention the correct address?

    When shopping from any US online store it is important to mention the correct address that we provide you. It helps to ensure that the parcel is delivered properly and to the right address. If you do not mention the correct address, your parcel might be misplaced, lost, or delivered to the wrong address.  

  • Which details do I need to mention on the incoming parcel?

    When using our address to shop from US online stores, make sure to mention the below-mentioned details correctly:  

    • Your name (the one you have used to create the account on My Package Forwarder 
    • Suit id 
    • Extension number 
    • Unit number
    • Correct address  
  • What if I forget to mention the extension number?

    If you forget to mention the extension number then there are chances that the courier partner will not deliver your parcel and send it back to the store. Therefore, make sure to mention the extension number in the address to avoid delivery issues.  

  • Can I receive packages addressed to names not registered under my account?

    My Package Forwarder can only receive and forward packages addressed to the names registered under the accounts of our members. For each account, we allow only one company name and one individual name to be used for receiving packages. For more details, feel free to contact us.
